Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned. Digital Product Delivery After your purchase is completed, you will receive access to your digital files through the checkout confirmation page and/or by email. Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct. Refund Eligibility Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. However, we want every customer to have a positive experience.
